Lee Thomas is the CEO of Project Cost Solutions (PCS).  He is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and operations. Lee’s experience and knowledge in the government contracting industry includes managing, reviewing, and implementing strategic business processes, which he now employs in the development of PCS’s organizational design.  An MBA graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Lee also has more than 20 years of hands-on operational experience and proven ability to lead in cutting-edge business ventures.
